New Freebie QP

Hey guys, new freebie for you.  This is my entry in the May Quick Page Challenge at coolscrapdigital.  The kit we were given was "Steampunk" by EMS Art.  For this challenge I wanted to focus on clustering joining frames.  The download link is below the preview.

CSD May Color Challenge

Here is my layout entry in the coolscrapdigital color challenge for May.  This month's kit was sponsored by Cocotounette Designs ~ May be grey.  As you probably already guessed, a color challenge is just what it sounds like.  We are given a grayscale kit along with a color scheme.  The objective is to create a layout using only your choice of graphics provided and recolored within the color scheme. They several other types of challenges all designed to expand your creativity.

April "Use It All" Challenge

This is my entry in the rakscrap Use It All Challenge for April.  Sundrop260 donated the kit we used.  The requirements are simply, a mini kit is provided and your layout must include each item in the kit.

 

I was trying to be a little creative with the elements and used the clouds as a label and as a border.  Isn't my granddaughter so cute.

Freebie for you

I have a quick page freebie for you.  This month coolscrapdigital quick page kit is "Sun Sun Sun"  by Butterfly Design. It is a lovely kit. I really enjoy these contest and the folks at coolscrapdigital.

April Color Challenge

EMS Arts supplied the gray scale mini kit for this month's challenge at coolscrapdigital.  The color pallet was Branching Hues by Design seeds.  I tried coloring a paper several hues then overlaying.  I really like these challenges, I learn something new each month.

I used a picture of my father for this one also.  I wanted to focus on big cluster/little cluster this challenge along with combining several hues on the same sheet of paper.  So, tell me what you like and what you have done differently. 

This is my creation in the coolscrapdigital scrap for a freebie contest for April.  This month we had Cocotounette's Red Bayou kit to work with. So what do you think?
